The medium of instruction at ISM Bishkek is English. All classroom lectures, labs, instructions and examinations are conducted entirely in the English language. Learning the Russian language is also mandatory during the first three years of the program.

ISM provides accommodation in hostels with all modern facilities. There are various extra-curricular activities which include libraries, internet rooms, sport sections, and theatres. Yes, after completing medical education at International School of Medicine you can practice medicine in India. You need to clear the MCI/NMC screening test (FMGE/NExT) to be eligible.
