Omsk State Medical University

Omsk State Medical University is one of the oldest universities of Siberia, founded in 1920 as the Medical Faculty of the Siberian Institute of Veterinary Medicine and Zoology. In 1921 it was reorganized into the West Siberian State Medical Institute , renamed Omsk State Medical Institute in 1924, and achieved University status in 2015.
